[What you will do]
• Lead a development team to build the data product and ensure the code quality
• Design a business-driven architecture and evolve the development
• Explore advanced techniques and coach teammates
• Ensure the scalability of data product feature developments and control the technical debt
• Help the business side evaluate technical feasibility and control stakeholders' expectation
• Proactively support the teams to identify and resolve issues
[Qualification]
• Over 10 years of experience in cloud-native application development
• Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Expertise in Java/Scala development
• Expertise in building data pipelines
• Expertise in cloud services (e.g., GCP, AWS)
• Familiar with version control services (GitHub, GitLab)
• Familiar with project tracking and management services (e.g., Jira, Redmine)
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and tools
• Experience in both frontend and backend development
• Ability to explain techniques and algorithms with specific examples/diagram
• Familiar with distributed system, system performance tuning, and scalability
• Familiar with Scrum framework
• Experience in managing networked environments

• Experience in open-source projects and/or contributions
