[About this job]
1. Develop go-to-market strategy for feature releases and product launches globally.
2. Conduct market and competitor research to advise on marketing and sales strategies as well as product roadmap.
3. Support business initiatives and ensures good collaboration between the teams and departments within the organization.
4. Designs, executes and control product marketing strategies and activities.
5. Be both Data and AI product expert for Sales, BD(resellers and agencies), and Marketing, and be the market expert for connecting the product engineering team.
6. Draft sales enablement materials, including sales kits/one-pagers, demo decks.
7. Deliver product trainings/updates, and collaborate with Sales, resellers, and agencies.
8. Build up partner onboarding and selection process for developing Data and AI partners.
9. Create and optimize business model with Data and AI partners to maximize market opportunity.
10. Act as a global Product Marketing head to facilitate global expansion with the group leadership team.
[Requirements]
1. 8+ years of product marketing experience in enterprise B2B SaaS or data solution.
2. Proven leader with the ability to inspire others, build strong relationships, and create a true follower-ship.
3. Project management skills and be used to making decision from logical thinking and supportive data.
4. Good communication skill in English and presentation skill is a must. (Japanese is a plus)
5. Proven ability to collaborate and achieve results with a diverse set of stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, and Product.
6. Agile, result-focused, collaborative, open-minded and customer-obsessed.
7. Comfortable in communicating with any levels of the organization.
8. Ability to work both independently and within a cross-cultural team.
