We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance AM to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and analyzing operational data, monitoring financial status, and managing financial risk. You will play an essential role in supporting capital activities, including fundraising, M&A, and bank loans. If you have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and integrate operational data, analyzing and organizing it for presentation to the Finance head and management team
- Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Improve financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management
- Maintain database by entering, verifying, and backing up data
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Manage cash flow and capital, supporting capital activities
- Manage financial risk and provide solutions to the finance head
- Support capital activities such as fundraising, M&A, bank loans, and act as the contact window, etc.
- Provide ad hoc support for assignments such as market research
Requirements:
- Fulfil the scope of Corporate Finance, Quality Management, Problem Solving, Process Improvement, Statistical Analysis, Financial Planning and Strategy, Reporting Research Results, Requirements Analysis, and Financial Skills field
- Proactive, detail-oriented, with sensitivity to numbers and trends
- A good learner who can work as a team player and independently with minimum supervision
- Able to work under high pressure and deliver accurate results on a timely basis
- Skills in SAP and/or Salesforce are considered a huge plus
- Experience or interest in the capital markets a plus, as the person will help with the capital markets initiatives
- Experience in Adtech and/or Data Industry is an asset
Language Requirement:
- Fluent in speaking English is a must
