1. Having an in-depth understanding of clients' businesses, and being able to contribute intelligent and informed insight to client.
2. Being the first point of contact for clients with the objective in building and maintain strong relationships, and adapting to client’s requirements and need.
3. Coordinating all internal and external parties to ensure the projects are delivered on-time and to a high quality.
4. Manage and develop existing and new clients to maximize the revenue.
5. Working on continually improving the digital delivery process across all accounts.
6. Working effectively with all third party suppliers.
7. Great career exposure working with multi-countries teams.
8. Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives, ability to achieve the sales target by 20 millions a year.
9. 70%- maintain & up-sell, 30%- agency & direct client explore.
【About You】
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in digital industries.
2. Proven account management experience in a digital agency.
3. The flexibility to tailor your work and skills to various different clients.
4. Excellent communication skills, both with internal teams and external clients and vendors.
5. Exceptional project management skills, being able to work across different projects at any one time.
6. The ability to work well both independently and in a team.
7. Willing to travel.
