About HK HR Partner:
We’re looking for a motivated HR Specialist to join our growing team!
As HR Specialist, you will work with the HR team to expand and help establish HR policies while taking care of tasks including:
35%- Talents Acquisition & HR Marketing
- Support the recruitment/hiring process by posting, processing incoming resumes, scheduling interviews, and search for new hiring channels to expand talent pool.
- Handle Vpon internship program” Vorch”, enhance HR marketing and branding in campus by creating connection ideas with universities to increase exposure and sustain future recruitment.
- Participate, exposure, and keep up to date with HR related communities/activities to do HR marketing and well expand branding reputation.
- Execute and develop internal/external training program to facilitate talent development.
30%- HR Professional
- Work closely with HR team, proactively provide advice and supports on HR issues, including but not limited to taxation, benefits policies, systems and other projects. Offer solutions to day-to-day HR operational issues and ensure compliance with company policies
- Plan, execute, and optimize the newest company/labor regulations, and ensure company compliance with government legal requirements.
- Provide supports on HR projects or requests.
20%- HR Administration.
- Responsible for HR administration: including but not limited to on/off boarding preparation, work visa application.
- Responsible for annual renewal of insurance such as Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Compensation Insurance.
15%- Employee Relationship Maintenance
- Act as Account Manager to provide professional HR services to Business Units, willing to talk and communicate with colleagues to understand the needs.
