WeMo are looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our R&D team based in Taipei. Our team implements features such as Scooter-Sharing Application, Fleet Management System and Maintenance System. On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Focus on quality throughout the delivery cycle, identifying and implementing automation tests.
- Complete test scenarios according to the inputs from various stakeholders like business developers, product managers, software developers and customers.
- Use either manual testing or automated testing to help ensure scale, but need to focus on systematic approaches instead of small UI details.
- 3+ years of experience in a software engineer in test role.
- Solid debugging skills and experience (e.g. analyzing log files, spotting patterns).
- Experience writing automated software tests (e.g., unit tests, functional and non-functional tests, end-to-end tests).
- Excellent knowledge of agile software development lifecycle, test methodologies and tools.
- Familiar with GCP or AWS environment.
- Candidates with experience of IoT testing will be a plus.
- Knowledge and experiences of testing framework will be a plus.
