The Market Manager role is a key role in ensuring ZUZUHOTELS can achieve its potential in Taiwan/HK markets. The person in this pivotal role will ensure that ZUZUHOTELS customers always find the most suitable budget hotel for their trip, and that our hotel partners can effectively, efficiently and throughout the year, reach global traveller demand.

The Market Manager's primary responsibility is to lead the sales efforts to make ZUZUHOTELS' hotel product in their assigned market competitive, attractive and relevant for company’s fast-growing customer base. Market Manager will relentlessly work to build relationship with new hotels and work with hotel partners to help them maximize revenue potential and optimize online distribution through ZUZUHOTELS.

Position Responsibilities
• Lead the hotel partnership and sales functions in Taiwan/HK for ZUZUHOTELS. Identify high potential partners and partner with high-quality hotels across Taiwan/HK by introducing them to ZUZUHOTELS value proposition
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner hotels to get an understanding of their business needs and find ways to help them achieve those goals through ZUZUHOTELS partnership
• Represent ZUZUHOTELS in the local market, build company profile with key local influencers (e.g. tourism bureau, hotel association, etc.) and provide expertise to the local industry
• Ensure the partner hotels’ product (content, rates and availability) is consistently optimized and competitive on ZUZUHOTELS paltform to maximize customer conversion
• Support business development efforts through smooth on-boarding of new hotel partners
• Load and optimize content (pictures, descriptions, locations, etc.), rate and availability competitiveness on ZUZUHOTELS to maximize customer conversion
• Secure additional inventory over high demand and compression periods to satisfy customers' pressing needs
• Secure value-adds and promotional offers to support the brands' merchandising and marketing efforts
• Educate/train hotel partners on the self-service features available on ZUZUHOTELS Hotel Management System
• Execute effectively based on KPI metrics (targets, goals and/or strategic objectives) set by leadership team


Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree; major in tourism or hospitality a plus but not required
• Fresh college grads
• Minimum travel of 30% will be required for market visits
