About the Product Team

As a product manager at AIFIAN, you are at the heart of our mission, playing a key role in guiding the development and launch of essential features. Your role is crucial in shaping the future of our product, bridging the gap between initial concepts and successful market introductions. In this pivotal growth stage, we are inviting product talents to join us in scaling our product across borders.

Our product management tool stack includes Notion, Figma, Whimsical, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, JIRA, Slack, and GPT-4.

You’ll spend your time…

• Building hypotheses based on learnings from qualitative and quantitative data. Leveraging market research and performance data to inform product strategy and help craft the roadmap for new feature launches.
• Defining product requirements for both our mobile app and admin portal. Working closely with our agile engineering and design teams to deliver tangible solutions that address real customer needs.
• Partnering with research and customer success teams to better understand our users and their behavior, continuously driving improvements and innovations in our product.
• Collaborating with business development and growth teams to ensure product market fit and adoption.
• Communicating your teams’ work internally and externally, including to executive leadership.
• Playing a crucial role in defining our product team’s culture, contributing to foster an environment of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What we look for…

• At least 3 years of experience in shipping new product features to consumers.
• Background in Business, Design, Engineering or Data.
• Highly effective communication, judgment and interpersonal skills. You have the ability to liaise seamlessly between functional teams.
• Ability to focus on a problem at hand while thoughtfully considering overarching company strategy.
• Highly analytical, good at using data, both qualitative and quantitative, to form a hypothesis and defining metrics to determine the success of product initiatives.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment.. You like to test new ideas, but are equally comfortable pivoting and discarding ideas as you are doubling down and scaling based on data.
• Are familiar with agile development practice and have worked closely with software developers before.
• Have created extensive documentation, product memos, and write-ups around new designs and product features.
• Thirst for delivering game-changing products, are especially interested in the intersection of lifestyle and finance.

It’d be great if you…

• Have experience building global products in the fintech or blockchain industry.
• Have experience integrating third party services, such as customer service system, KYC solutions, payment services, etc.
• Have taken on a major role at a startup company.
