About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced product manager to lead our Rewards team as we prepare to scale our product across borders. As a senior product manager at AIFIAN, you are at the heart of our mission, playing a key role in driving customer engagement and repeat usage through innovative reward and incentive strategies. This includes exploring different loyalty program structures, user segmentation, and any other initiatives that would drive our growth and retention.

Our main product management tool stack includes Notion, Figma, Whimsical, Mixpanel, JIRA, and Slack.

What You'll Do

  • Leading customer research, roadmap planning, scoping and prioritization to build the highest impact reward and loyalty programs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional team stakeholders to define and deliver tangible solutions, making tactical tradeoffs between business priorities and resources to enhance execution velocity.
  • Defining key metrics to measure the success of our reward and incentive initiatives, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities to enhance customer loyalty and engagement.
  • Communicating product updates, roadmap plans, and project status to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Mentoring other product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.

What We Look For

  • Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in building high-impact products in the fintech or blockchain industry.
  • Experience in owning roadmap strategy and defining of technology products. Preference for candidates with experience in building loyalty and rewards programs or gamification is preferred.
  • Strong business background, with demonstrated experience in Growth or Marketing preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in an agile development environment, with experience in end-to-end feature delivery and making product trade-offs.
  • Proven leadership skills, inspiring collaborative decision-making and guiding cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Exceptional narrative storytelling, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills, instilling confidence in senior leadership.
  • Extensive experience with product analytics tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude to inform strategic decision-making.
