About the Role

At AIFIAN, our Product team is the driving force of innovation, fueled by collaborative synergy. We're seeking a highly skilled product manager to lead the global expansion of our account management features. As a senior product manager at AIFIAN, you'll spearhead efforts to revamp our app for global accessibility and user experience. Your responsibilities will involve driving initiatives for onboarding and global KYC integration, enhancing user support, and introducing new initiatives for account personalization. These efforts are essential as we prepare to scale our product worldwide.

Our main product management tool stack includes Notion, Figma, Whimsical, Mixpanel, JIRA, and Slack.

What You'll Do

• Leading customer research, roadmap planning, scoping, and prioritization to enhance account management functionalities for global expansion.
• Collaborating with cross-functional team stakeholders to define and deliver tangible solutions, making tactical tradeoffs between business priorities and resources to enhance execution velocity.
• Defining key metrics to measure the success of account management functionalities, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for account personalization.
• Communicating product updates, roadmap plans, and project status to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Mentoring other product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.

What We Look For

• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, coupled with expertise in integrating KYC technologies or support systems, such as Intercom or Zendesk.
• Experience in owning roadmap strategy and defining of technology products. Preference for candidates with experience building complex admin systems in the fintech or blockchain industry.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in an agile development environment, with experience in end-to-end feature delivery and making product trade-offs.
• Proven leadership skills, inspiring collaborative decision-making and guiding cross-functional teams effectively.
• Exceptional narrative storytelling, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills, instilling confidence in senior leadership.
• Extensive experience with product analytics tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude to inform strategic decision-making.
