About the Role

As our first digital marketing manager, you will spearhead the development and execution of AIFIAN’s data-driven growth strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity to establish and build our growth framework from the ground up, driving initiatives in customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will be responsible for overseeing paid performance marketing and social media management, creating cohesive and effective growth campaigns for our product. Your strategic vision and hands-on leadership will play a key role in enhancing AIFIAN’s market presence and accelerating our growth trajectory.

What You'll Do

Channel Management and Optimization

  • Build and execute customer acquisition, engagement strategy, and digital campaigns (Meta, Google, and more).
  • Implement best practices for creatives, targeting, bidding, and budget management ensuring ROI targets are achieved.
  • Conduct ongoing performance analysis to identify areas for improvement and innovation, be accountable for ROI variance to plan, and supporting corrective action with teams.
  • Implements techniques to improve image and video discoverability to reach a wider audience.
  • Deliver regular reporting that provides insight on cost efficiency for stakeholders.

Taking Business Forward

  • Experiments with new content formats and strategies to drive audience growth and engagement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to inform strategy.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize video assets, creative elements, and audience targeting.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, competitor landscape, community feedback, and best practices in exchange products, growth hacking, and digital marketing.


What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a quantitative field is strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in growth hacking or digital marketing, preferably in software companies
  • 3+ years hands-on experience of managing digital ad campaigns on Meta, Google, or TikTok.
  • A proven ability to maintain a balance between innovation and execution. Must be able to think outside the box while also staying realistic about what is possible given the constraints of time, money and organizational will.
  • Analytically and curious minded with the ability to analyze complex data and make clear strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to collaborate at all levels, including crisp and compelling verbal and written executive communication; able to formulate and articulate strategic goals.
  • Experience with Test and Learn approach to drive channel performance.
