The Mobile Engineering Team

Our Engineering and Product teams are the heartbeat of AIFIAN, driving innovation through synergistic collaboration. As the founding mobile team, you'll have the unique opportunity to lead the development of our iOS platform from the ground up, shaping the foundation of our mobile experience. Dedicated to crafting and refining efficient software systems, our team is committed to building robust, scalable solutions that power our platform's growth.

This greenfield project provides a rare chance to define AIFIAN's iOS architecture and user experience, setting best practices for the frontend team as we scale across borders.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain iOS applications for AIFIAN's mobile platform, ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Lead technical decisions in the iOS codebase, advocating for best practices and a high standard of mobile architecture.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Design, to influence product direction and prioritization.
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues to optimize the user experience and platform stability.
• Develop and implement complex, reliable, and reusable code in Swift and Objective-C, promoting continuous improvement within the team.
• Enhance the team's technical standards and processes by participating in code reviews, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Support and drive a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement, contributing actively to the team's and individual's growth.

What We Look For

• 5+ years of professional experience in iOS development, with a robust portfolio of published applications.
• Proficiency in Swift and Objective-C, with a deep understanding of iOS SDKs and Apple's Human Interface Guidelines.
• Solid understanding of memory management, multithreading, and performance optimization in mobile environments.
• Knowledge of common architectural patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM, VIPER, Clean Architecture) and experience implementing them effectively.
• Familiarity with UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation, and SwiftUI.
• Experience with automated testing, including unit and UI testing on mobile applications.
• Familiarity with mobile development tools and debugging, profiling, and optimization tools.

Good To Have

• Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated testing frameworks for iOS.
• Exposure to security best practices in mobile development, especially around data protection and authentication.
