About the Role

As our Project Manager (Business), you'll work hand-in-hand with the CEO and Strategy Team to transform high-level ideas into actionable projects, while personally executing key operational tasks. You won't simply take notes; you'll research, analyze, and fill in strategic details before launching major initiatives that often span multiple teams. You'll also act as a liaison between the CEO and various functional groups, ensuring clear communication and smooth project execution. As we plan to expand into the global market, you'll have the opportunity in exploring new markets and preparing us for that journey. This role offers substantial ownership and the chance to make a tangible impact on our global growth trajectory.

What You'll Do

• Clarify and refine business strategies with the CEO and Strategy Team, identifying potential gaps or risks.
• Outline project plans, define milestones, and drive operational execution for high-impact initiatives that may involve Product, Marketing, Operations, and other teams.
• Conduct research and analysis to validate assumptions, gather data, and ensure well-informed business decisions, especially when exploring future global opportunities.
• Coordinate and track project progress, anticipating roadblocks and maintaining momentum to hit deliverables on time.
• Communicate updates and requirements to cross-functional teams and executives, consolidating feedback to minimize back-and-forth.
• Get hands-on when necessary, driving operational tasks and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. 

What We Look For

• 3+ years of relevant experience in project management, business analysis, consulting, or a similar cross-functional role.
• A business mindset, comfortable with numbers and adept at using data to guide strategic decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to self-learn and adapt in a dynamic startup environment, where priorities shift quickly.
• Strong communication skills — you're concise, clear, and effective when working with C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to get your hands dirty, managing both high-level strategy and day-to-day operational tasks to move initiatives forward.
• An open attitude toward feedback and criticism, able to pivot quickly when directions change or challenges arise.
• Creative problem-solving coupled with a sense of ownership — seeing projects from ideation through completion.
• Ability to process, filter, and prioritize feedback from multiple stakeholders to keep teams aligned and projects on track.
• Global perspective or previous exposure to international markets is highly preferred. (e.g., working with cross-border teams, conducting overseas research, or collaborating with diverse stakeholders)
