仕事内容

• Receiving and processing purchase orders.
• Issuing sales transaction invoices.
• Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details through internal systems.
• Coordinate with the logistics department regarding the shipments.
• Order processing and preparation for different clients.
• Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
• Compiling monthly sales reports.
• Expediting orders through internal liaison.
• Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
• Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
• Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

推奨されるスキル

*High school diploma or GED.
*An associate’s or bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred

1.Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
2.Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
3.Previous experience in trading is a plus.
4.Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
5.Experience with industry software such as HubSpot CMR, Fresh sales, or similar.
6.Advanced knowledge of administrative record keeping.
7.Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
8.Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
9.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
10.Communication skills.
11.Customer service.
12.Experience with CRM or related systems.
13.Good coordination with related departments.
14.IT skills such as Microsoft Office.
