Summarization : We are looking for someone who can provide assistance to newly onboarded vendors, and also provide suggestions to current processes to optimize vendors experiences. This role required you to contact vendors on a weekly basis, in order to find out the pain point of the whole process and to better assist vendors.
Details : As the incubation experience service specialist, you need to assist the restaurant partner to find a solution when facing the problem of Level 3.
This work requires cross-departmental collaboration and communication to investigate each case and make it properly responded to and handled, in order to achieve both the improvement of vendor experience and the decline of vendor complaint cases.
At the same time, you need to follow your manager or team leader to complete many projects and vendor research.
Making innovative suggestions and SOP improvements to effectively solve supplier problems.
