1. More than 2 years of practical experience in recruitment. 
2. Have experience in fulfilling 100+ acquisitions in a year. 
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on findings
5. Result-driven and self-motivated
6. Good command of English
