【Job Description】 
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager in Taiwan who can support our customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of iKala CDP. An ideal candidate for the role will become a trusted advisor to enable clients to apply iKala CDP solutions to achieve their business objectives. 
 
1. Establish clear retention goals and process milestones for the client and iKala CDP team to work toward. 
2. Assist clients to expand their usage and adoption of iKala CDP solution. 
3. Establish and maintain a strong relationship with key decision makers - Be a trusted advisor. 
4. Provide resources to answer clients' questions, identifying needs for account customization and further implementation where applicable. 
5. Identify customer’s growth opportunities throughout the subscription period and create and execute renewal/retention strategies as well as identifying upsell and cross sell opportunities. 

條件要求

【Requirements】 
1. 3+ years of experience in customer success/consultant/Inhouse martech planning or related position. 
2. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
3. Establishes a trusted adviser relationship that works to ensure our client’s full satisfaction with our technology. 
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and business fluency in English. 
 
【Pluses】 
1. Have a strong understanding of Digital Marketing/Martech/Data/CRM. 
2. Account management experience in Key Account client or Internal team. 
3. Knowledge in data analytics related solution (eg. Google Analytics/BI/CDP) 
4. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
