工作內容

We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineering Manager/ DevOps Lead/ SRE Lead/ to manage a team of SREs embedded in each of our 3 + 1 product development teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high system availability, reliability, scalability, and security across all our products. At this role, you will also lead the development of SRE best practices, identify and implement improvements to our systems and processes, and provide technical leadership to the SRE team.

【Responsibilities】
1. Ensuring the reliability, scalability, maintainability, and security of our systems in collaboration with product development teams.
2. Developing and enforcing SRE best practices, including monitoring & alerts, incident response, capacity planning, and disaster recovery across all product development teams.
3. Working with SREs to proactively identify and implement common practices, tools, and platforms to empower and improve developers' efficiency across all teams.
4. Leading, mentoring and managing a team of SREs embedded in each product development team.
5. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and promoting DevOps culture and best practices.

條件要求

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, designing & managing infrastructure.
3. Experience leading SRE or DevOps teams in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong understanding of SRE best practices, including monitoring & alerts, incident response, capacity planning and disaster recovery.
5. Solid experience in managing and provisioning cloud services, distributed systems, and CI/CD pipelines with Cloud Native solutions.
6. Experience with cloud computing platforms such as GCP or AWS.
7. Proficient in at least one programming language such as Python, Go, or Javascript.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
