Assist business to do customer needs analysis and provide feasibility proposal.
Assist product POC verification test.
Provide customer product education and training.
Assist equipment installation and problem handling.
5+ years of experience in software engineering or solution architecture, with a minimum of 2 years focused on Kubernetes or cloud-native platforms.
Proven expertise in designing, deploying, and managing Kubernetes environments (e.g., AKS, EKS, GKE) and multi-cloud or hybrid architectures
Excellent communication skills, with an ability to convey technical solutions effectively to varied stakeholders
Experience with technical sales cycles such as completing PoCs, product demos etc.
Experience with high-performance computing (HPC), MLOps platforms like Kubeflow, and advanced Kubernetes operators.
Experience with GenAI(LLM、RAG、Hugging Face) and AI (Machine Leanring、Deep Learning) solutions.
