Inspired by leading clinical practices in neuropsychiatry—including innovative treatments such as transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and ketamine therapy—we aim to provide intelligent tools for clinicians and patients alike. 創辦人區醫生（Dr. Au）為一名精神科醫師，長期於加拿大卑詩省溫哥華島中部的 Nanaimo 執業。在臨床實務中，他持續面對一個關鍵現實：對許多精神疾病患者而言，單一藥物治療往往不足以全面改善症狀與整體生活品質。有些患者對藥物反應有限，亦有部分患者因副作用而難以長期使用，這促使他不斷思考更個人化、多元化且以患者為中心的治療模式。因此，NeuroLinks 持續引入並整合最新的醫療科技，以更全面地回應患者的臨床需求。

在一次與英國首席科技官（CTO）的深入交流中，雙方達成共識：醫療的未來，必須結合臨床專業、科技創新與穩健的數位健康架構，才能真正擴大治療的深度與可及性。
基於精神科臨床第一線的實際經驗，並結合 CTO 在數位系統與架構設計方面的專業，NeuroLinks 開始著手開發一款以醫師為核心使用者的醫療保險申報應用程式。此平台的設計理念並非僅止於「將申報流程數位化」，而是重新思考保險申報如何能有效支援臨床工作，而非成為臨床實務的額外負擔。正是在這樣的理念與共識下，NeuroLinks Digital Health 正式成立。

NeuroLinks Digital Health was founded by Dr. Au, a psychiatrist who has been practicing in Nanaimo, located in Central Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Through years of clinical practice, Dr. Au has consistently encountered a critical reality: for many patients with mental health disorders, pharmacological treatment alone is often insufficient to fully alleviate symptoms or restore quality of life. While some patients experience limited therapeutic response, others are unable to tolerate long-term medication due to side effects. These challenges have driven a continued pursuit of more personalized, diversified, and patient-centred treatment approaches. As a result, NeuroLinks has remained committed to integrating the latest medical technologies to better serve patient needs.

During an in-depth discussion with a UK-based Chief Technology Officer (CTO), a shared vision emerged: the future of healthcare must integrate clinical expertise, technological innovation, and robust digital health infrastructure in order to meaningfully expand both the depth and accessibility of care.
Drawing on firsthand clinical experience and the CTO’s expertise in digital systems and architecture, NeuroLinks began developing a physician-centred medical insurance billing application. The objective of this platform is not merely to digitize billing processes, but to fundamentally rethink how insurance workflows can support clinical practice rather than disrupt it. It was from this shared philosophy that NeuroLinks Digital Health was formally established.

At its core, NeuroLinks is built on the concept of “Links”—connecting physicians and patients, bridging technology and clinical practice, and integrating established treatments with innovative therapeutic options. Our mission is to enhance mental wellbeing and overall quality of life while respecting patient autonomy and individual treatment needs.
