工作內容

1. System trouble shooting, maintenance, documentation, production operation, technical support, customer service etc.

2. Validate system functions and tests, compile user manuals and teaching materials, and conduct user education and training.

條件要求

1. System / Application software support service experience.

2. Must be a team player.

3. Be willing to learn and understand user application scenarios, assist software application and optimization

 

 

加分條件

1. Experience in programming or SQL/NoSQL writing is preferred
2. Familiar with RDBMS or ElasticSearch database is preferred
3. Computer Science related degree or Software related experience are all preferred
Nice to have 
1. Good communication and capability to understand business and system processes 
2. Strategic thinking, willingness to learn and the courage to accept challenges 
3. Familiar with project management methods, process analysis and integration, able to work in teams and communicate proactively
4. Good organizational skills, good time management, high pressure resistance, able to complete delegated tasks within the specified tim
