Job summary
As a Head of Key Account Management, you are responsible for leading SHOPLINE Taiwan’s Key Account Management Team. Monitoring & supervising the full scope of key account management activities. The main objective is to effectively support your team to help key accounts (merchants) grow their e-commerce business. To achieve this, you need to possess strong data analysis skills, understand key accounts’ pain point and come up with different strategies to help them scale up their business.

What you will be doing
. Lead a team of +10 Account Managers, help them build and sustain solid business relationships with key accounts and with people at all levels.
. Develop a solid and trusting relationship between key accounts and the company.
. Responsible for guiding, upselling, counseling, and retention of key accounts.
Gather extensive knowledge of e-commerce and different business models among various SHOPLINE merchants.
. Stay on top of latest market trends, and identify potential accounts.
. Collect feedback on SHOPLINE’s core product from accounts, while understanding the reasons and use cases of every feedback.
. Acting as the consultant for key accounts, provide them with meaningful insights, strategies and practical action plans to drive the success of their business.
. Collaborate with different functions within the company (especially sales, cs, and data team) to develop proposals that solve key accounts’ wide range of requests, concerns, and objectives.

 

條件要求

Who we are looking for
. +8 yrs account management experience, familiar with E-Commerce, SaaS business, B2B Customer Success practice.
. +4 yrs people management experience with team size above 10 members is highly preferred.
. A strong relationship-builder, self-motivator, and account-management practice coach.
. Strong data analytical skills, able to capture valuable insights from massive data and convert them into meaningful business opportunities.
. Excellent internal/external communication skills.
. Demonstrate excellent business judgment.
. Comfortable with uncertainty and situations where there is no “right answer”
. Strong ability to think in others’ point of view
. Courageous to stand out and speak out for your thoughts.
. Strong time management and expectation management skills.
. Knowledge of e-commerce and can adopt to fast pace startup culture.
. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
