What you’ll be doing:
Serve as the quarterback communicator to engage with internal stakeholders on product introductions and migrations
Educate / coach our local commercial/business teams on our new products and features, prep the teams properly for an imminent launch in the market.
Helping in defining and executing the go to market and growth strategies that drive merchant adoption and continued merchant success
Build messaging, relevant assets including education documents and materials to enable successful product introductions to our internal commercial member.
Develop the narrative and positioning that differentiates SHOPLINE’s Insights strategy as it relates within the competitive landscape.
Drive cross-functional alignment and support in the execution of the go to market process, tracking success metrics accordingly.
