工作內容

【What you will be doing】
-即時處理客戶來信、訊息、及來電問題
-基於產品文檔,向客戶提出有效率的解決方案
-記錄客戶相關問題,定期匯整與回報給產品部門
-使用後台或者試算表做好相應記錄
-協助產品部門測試新功能並從使用者角度提供建議
-協助將產品文檔和培訓影片等內容翻譯成目標市場的當地語言
-協助業務部門進行市場拓展相關工作
【Who we are looking for】
-高EQ/IQ的溝通、談判、對應、處理問題能力
-文書作業能力
-耐心及親切的溝通方式
-積極進度,以解決客戶問題為成就感的心
-對於新創線上工具與科技有快速的學習能力與熱誠
-對泰國的網路商店及網購文化有基礎的概念
-一個禮拜至少能進公司2~3個整天
-泰文聽說讀寫流利,中文或英文可進行一般商務溝通
【It'd be plus if you have】
- 電商行銷背景經驗,例如:FB / Google 廣告投放
- 實際使用 Google Analytics / Facebook Pixel 等軟體之經驗
- 具顧客/專案管理、業務銷售經驗
- 具網路拍賣、網路平台文字及電話客服經驗
- CRM軟體使用經驗:Intercom / Zendesk

Merchant Success Intern, Thailand (based in Taipei)
[What you will be doing]
Manage merchant success and happiness of our merchants by providing top-notch support and service.
Learn and understand our product and keep updated with the new product features.
Answer incoming questions via live chat, email and phone calls, handle merchant enquiries.
Collect feedback and highlight the pain points from merchants.
Provide effective feedback/report to the product team to prioritize development tasks and suggest new product features.
Translate and edit FAQ and training materials for local team and market.
Support regional/local team complete market expansion related tasks.

 

條件要求

[Who we're looking for]
A sincere relationship-builder, self-motivator, and team player.
100% merchant-focused attitude.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong typing skills and good command of Thai, fluent in English or Traditional Chinese.
Strong time management and expectation management skills.
Comfortable with uncertainty and situations where there is no “right answer.”
Positive attitude, patient with people and willing to learn.
Curious and interested in technology and new products.
Could work 2~3 days a week
Knowledge with E-commerce environment in Thailand.
Knowledge with E-commerce marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, AdWords, etc.

[It'd be plus if you have]
E-commerce marketing experiences.
Hands on experiences with marketing tools like: Google Analytics/Facebook Pixel, AdWords, etc.
Project and account management skills
Experience in any customer facing role or at E-commerce platforms is preferred.
Adapt to CRM tools ie. Salesforce, Intercom and Zendesk.

NT$ 170 - 170 (時薪)
