工作內容

1.理解台灣商線商業個部門人才需求,並協助公司進行人才招募(履歷篩選、信件邀約、電話訪談及面試安排)。

2.利用不同管道進行招募(104、Yourator、CakeResume、LinkedIn...等招募平台)。

3.配合公司發展執行相關招募策略與計畫。

4.可獨立作業,對招募工作有熱忱,喜歡與人互動。

5.1年以上招募經驗。有獵頭工作經驗者尤佳。

About the role

As a hyper-growing organization, we are seeking to hire a Talent Acquisition (Recruiter) to support our recruitment activities for our SHOPLINE Taiwan operation.
This recruiter role stands apart by excelling at talent identification, attraction and assessment, and by developing deep partnerships with the business and within HR.
You will be working closely with our business stakeholders in Taiwan and conducting all recruitment related matters.

What you'll be doing:

-Participate in all talent acquisition activities that includes diversity sourcing, attraction, selection & assessment, and offering process.
-Partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advising on the best hiring strategy
-Manage and maintain internal and external recruitment channels/platforms/vendors and update recruitment status reports.
-Using a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best passive talent
-Conducting thorough interviews and phone screens to assess professional skills be successful in the SHOPLINE environment
-Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates to plan for future hiring needs
-Focusing on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity

條件要求

1年以上招募經驗。有獵頭工作經驗者尤佳

Who we are looking for:

-Minimum of 1 years recruiting experience
-Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing talent
-Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with assessment
-Skilled in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends
-A combination of corporate and agency/executive search experience is preferred
-Good written and spoken in English
-Previous experience in E-commerce & technology industry will be an added advantage.
