【What you will be doing】
- In charge of SHOPLINE's agency & affiliate partner program, to help partners grow their business.
- Proven track record in managing existing partner relationships, developing potential partnership opportunities and maximizing revenue originating from each partners.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities with existing partners to build mutually valuable, long-term partnerships through each programs.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partners.
- Support business decisions through data analysis and provide data insights.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to drive key goals.
- Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with partners.
【Who we are looking for】
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in e-commerce industry.
- Be able to create insightful presentations that facilitate decision-making for internal stakeholders and external partners
- Strong interpersonal skills, be able to establish and maintain internal and external relationships.
- Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing business requirements and multiple short and long-term projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work in a fast paced, changing environment.
- Experience in contract reading and negotiating.
【It'd be a plus if you have】
- Experience in agency or affiliate partner managing.
- Product management background.
- Knowledge of API concepts & fundamentals.
- Familiarity with martech tools.
- Proficiency in MAC OS & G Suite.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
