【What you will be doing】
- Provide strategic recommendations and conduct financial analysis on projects, identifying and allocating costs, for the management team.
- Direct and develop all corporate financial functions to align with the organization's short and medium-term business objectives, ensuring compliance with regional regulations and standards.
- Conduct financial analysis to evaluate the impact of treasury activities on the company's overall financial performance
- Supervise credit control, cash flow monitoring, and cash collections from customers and subsidiary companies.
- Manage treasury, external audit, and foreign exchange. Implement best practices to enhance treasury operations.
- Oversee accounting controlling processes to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.
- Analyze the organization's financial indicators to predict short, medium, and long-term cash flow positions, with regional cash flow connections.
- Ensure effective and consistent implementation of the organization's financial strategy following established guidelines.
- Manage financial consolidation activities and reporting for the organization and regional entities.
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop financial team members, ensuring accurate and ethical accounting activities according to regulations and standards.
【Who we are looking for】
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of financial experience in a regional context, with specific experience in managing consolidation of regional entities.
- Proven experience in treasury management, including foreign exchange operations and currency risk management.In-depth knowledge of global financial markets, foreign exchange regulations, and treasury best practices.
- Prior experience in accounting controlling processes is required.
- Ability to drive value-added changes to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on delivering results and optimizing financial performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
