【Position Overview】
作為 Office Manager,您將負責管理辦公室的日常運營,包括行政工作、人力資源事務和與政府機構及廠商的溝通。您將負責確保辦公室的有效運作,並支持團隊成員在工作上的需求。

【What you will be doing】
- 管理辦公室日常運營,包括辦公租約、設施、備品、設備維護和修理等。
- 處理辦公室行政工作,例如檔案管理、文件處理和郵件管理。
- 統籌訂購辦公用品、家具和器材,確保其處於良好狀態並充足供應。
- 處理辦公室日常開支,包括訂單和收據的處理、支付以及建立預算。
- 負責與政府機構和外部供應商的日常溝通,例如保險、勞健保、與員工福利等事宜。
- 管理人力資源事務,包括薪資計算、福利安排和人力資源活動等。
- 作為雇主與員工之間的溝通渠道,並提供相關支持和解答問題。
- 確保辦公室遵守所有相關的法律、規定和政策,例如工作安全衛生標準。
- 培訓新員工,並為辦公室成員提供必要的支持和執行其他與團隊運作相關的任務。

【Position Overview】
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including administrative work, human resources affairs, and communication with government agencies and vendors. You will ensure the efficient functioning of the office and provide support to team members in their work.

【What you will be doing】
- Manage the daily operations of the office, including office leases, facilities, supplies, equipment maintenance, and repairs.
- Handle administrative tasks such as file management, document processing, and mail management.
- Coordinate the procurement of office supplies, furniture, and equipment, ensuring they are in good condition and adequately supplied.
- Handle daily office expenses, including processing orders and receipts, payments, and budget establishment.
- Responsible for daily communication with government agencies and external vendors, such as insurance, labor and health insurance, and employee benefits.
- Manage human resources affairs, including salary calculation, welfare arrangements, and HR activities.
- Be the communication window between employers and employees, providing relevant support and answering questions.
- Ensure office compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies, such as occupational health and safety standards.
- Train new employees and provide necessary support to office members, executing other tasks related to team operations.

- 具備 3 年以上相關的人力資源與行政工作經驗。
- 具有優秀的組織能力和時間管理技能。
- 擁有良好的人際溝通和溝通能力。
- 熟悉或不排斥與政府機構和廠商的聯繫和溝通。
- 具有基本的薪資計算和勞健保知識。
- 熟悉辦公室軟硬體,如 Mac 及 Microsoft Office。
- 能夠處理多重任務,並在壓力下保持冷靜。
- 具有團隊合作精神和解決問題的能力。
- 通過以上職責和資格要求,Office Manager 將能夠確保辦公室的順利運作,支持團隊成員的需求和促進組織的成功。
- 語言能力:必備日語、次要中文或英文溝通能力,具備流利中日語溝通能力者優先考慮。
- 其他:有日本國籍或日本永住權者優先考慮。

【Who we are looking for】
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in human resources and administrative work.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity or willingness to engage in contact and communication with government agencies and vendors.
- Basic knowledge of salary calculation and labor and health insurance.
- Familiarity with office software and hardware, such as Mac and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Team player with problem-solving abilities.
- By fulfilling the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, the Office Manager will be able to ensure the smooth operation of the office, support the needs of team members, and contribute to the success of the organization.
- Language proficiency: Japanese, Mandarin or English communication skills are required; fluent Chinese and Japanese communication skills are preferred.
- Others: Japanese nationality or permanent residence in Japan is preferred.

薪資範圍

面議(經常性薪資達4萬元)
