【What you’ll be doing】
- Design mockups and prototypes for product features based on UX methods.
- Build and follow design systems in product designing with other designers.
- Use data-informed decisions in your design and conduct user research, including
usability.
- Studies, participatory design, site visits, benchmark studies, heuristic evaluations, and similar approaches.
- Work closely with product manager and business team, providing merchants and customers with awesome and intuitive solutions.
- Solve complex design problems for global markets.
【Who we are looking for】
- 3~5 years experience as a UX Designer or UI Designer.
- Experience designing SAAS systems, E-commerce systems, and other related industries is preferred.
- Be able to define and think more about your missions, instead of just following others' ideas.
- Be able to emphasize details with organized writing skills in defining design system guidelines and spec.
- Work smart and efficiently.
- Know well about RWD design, cross-platform, and fore-stage / backstage integration.
- Be a collaborative team player, enjoy the process of brainstorming and critiquing with product manager and other designers.
