【What You’ll Be Doing】

• 擬定跨產品線產品策略
• 產品策略執行
• 作為商務側及產品間主要溝通橋樑
• 必要時能帶領部分產品團隊
• 視表現給予更高產品團隊管理職責

• Formulate cross-product line product strategies
• Execute product strategies
• Serve as the primary communication bridge between business and product teams
• Lead partial product teams when necessary
• Grant higher product team management responsibilities based on performance

【Who Are We Looking For】

• 曾管理5人以上SaaS產品經理團隊
• 有實際產品策略、Product Roadmap規劃經驗
• 對於曾管理過的產品及團隊，能詳述管理方法、管理指標，並能反思總結

• Previous experience managing a team of 5 or more SaaS product managers
• Practical experience in product strategy and Product Roadmap planning
• Ability to articulate management methods and key performance indicators for previously managed products and teams, along with the ability to reflect and summarize

【It'd be plus if you have】

• 有電商SaaS產品經驗
• 有跨國產品管理經驗
• 實際與C Level管理層有密切工作經驗
• 有商務開發或商務側運營經驗

• Experience in e-commerce SaaS products
• Experience in multinational product management
• Proven experience working closely with C-level management
• Experience in business development or business-side operations
