This is an exciting role at a Global Unified Commerce enabler that provides SaaS solutions.
As a data analyst, you’ll be responsible to deep dive into the data and provide insights to help us make better decisions.
【What you will be doing】
- Deliver data-driven insights for internal commercial teams based on a wide range of business questions and needs
- Develop a full and all-rounded understanding of the business and drive operating/ tracking metrics analysis
- Build metrics dashboard to track and monitor platform progress
- Build analytical reports to provide deeper analysis on important topics, making better decision to solve business problem
- Proactively looking into complex data to find out interesting insights and problems
- Keep driving data-driven mindset within the company
【 Who we are looking for 】
- Proven experience in conducting data analysis to drive decision making in utilizing analytic/ visualization tools
- Advanced SQL skills is a must; good programming skills (Web Scraping, ML, NLP) in Python or R is a plus
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Looker/ Tableau/ Power BI is a plus
- Good communication skills that can transform numbers into a great story
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment under little guidance
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese would be a plus
