工作內容

工作內容:

  • 協助建立健全清結算流程,梳理現有業務情況提出改進意見,並在日常業務中不斷整理優化
  • 配合清結算/賬務等系統建設,參與系統優化改進相關的需求收集及驗收
  • 處理每日日常清算、結算、對賬、差錯處理等相關工作,並與海外銀行、第三方支付平臺、合作方等溝通完成任務
  • 負責客資監控、流動性管理,商戶提現等日常工作,並跟進付款結果,處理付款退回等後續事項,確保業務資金結算準確、及時。

Job Description:

  • Assist in establishing the clearing and settlement processing, review the current business situation to propose improvements, and continuously organize and optimize in daily operations
  • Cooperate in the construction of clearing / settlement and accounting systems, participate in system optimization, improvements, requirement gathering, and acceptance testing
  • Handle daily tasks such as clearing, settlement, reconciliation and error handling, and communicate with overseas banks, 3rd party payment companies and partners to complete tasks. 
  • Responsible for customer fund monitoring, liquidity management, customer payouts and other daily tasks. Follow up on payout results and other subsequent issues to ensure accurate and timely settlement. 
  • Other tasks assigned by the leadership

條件要求

 

任職要求:

  • 兩年以上相關崗位經驗;大學及以上學歷,金融、財務相關專業優先;
  • 邏輯思維能力高,具有良好的溝通能力,高度責任心;
  • 有團隊合作精神,積極主動發現問題,解決問題
  • 跨境清結算經驗,英語流利者優先。

Qualifications: 

  • Over 2 years of relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in finance or accounting. 
  • Strong logical thinking, good communication skills, and a high sense of responsibility
  • Team player, proactive in identifying and solving problems
  • Experience in cross-border clearing and settlement is preferred; fluency in English is a plus.
