工作內容

【What you’ll be doing】
- Own the SaaS product lifecycle, focusing on enhancing efficiency in both merchants’ e-commerce operations and internal operational workflows, while optimizing the end-to-end checkout and payment experiences.

- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to automate and improve operational processes, driving higher efficiency for both merchants and internal teams.

- Lead innovation in product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers, maintaining the flexibility to work across and integrate different product domains (e.g., Merchant, Checkout, and Payment).

- Conduct research to understand our users’ needs—balancing merchant requirements, internal stakeholder feedback, and consumer checkout behaviors—and translate them into actionable solutions.

- Draft clear and concise requirements to effectively communicate features, technical logic, and AI-driven enhancements to the entire team.

- Collaborate closely with commercial, engineering, and design teams to prioritize and ensure features and tasks are developed as expected in a highly dynamic environment.

- Become a product expert, understanding the competitive landscape, evolving market needs and how those relate to the company’s mission and vision.

- Define and analyze metrics that ensure the success of our products.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our product.

【Who we are looking for】
- Live and breathe e-commerce and technology and be excited about the opportunity to drive the development of a platform used by 60k+ merchants and impacting millions of end-consumer checkout experiences.

- University graduates with at least 3 years of working experience in Product Management (Experience in SaaS, e-commerce platforms, or workflow automation is highly preferred).

- Excellent communication skills in English & Mandarin on all mediums: Spoken, Written, Presentations, Documents.

- Structured thinking and good technical writing skills

- Highly agile and cross-functional with an open mindset. You thrive in dynamic environments and can seamlessly switch contexts between merchant operations and checkout domains.

- Creative, self-motivated and consistently willing to exceed own expectations.

- High attention to detail and great organization and coordination skills.

- Taking ownership of tasks and shouldering responsibilities across different product squads.

- Ability to multitask and dynamically prioritize. You can handle several different tasks at different stages at once and are able to prioritize by business impact and efficiency gains.

- Curious and interested in technology and new products. You actively explore and embrace AI tools to drive automation and solve complex daily problems.

- Good instincts for product development and how the products you use day-to-day could be improved.
