工作內容

• 執行軟體測試規劃、管理、與稽核,報告測試結果
• 測試工具與平台建置與管理
• 建置及管理自動化測試流程
• 軟體分析解決問題
• 問題追蹤處理
• 分析測試結果,並提供改善建議給開發團隊及產品經理
• 與開發團隊合作完成測試計劃
• 執行軟體測試規劃、管理、與稽核
• 公司內部測試工作與技術
• 建置文件化測試流程
• 擬定準確的技術與非技術稽核文件。

Responsibilities
. Execute testing plan and report testing results
. Create and manage detailed test cases from specification and product
requirements
. Develop and maintain automated test suite to cover critical application features
. Analyze and troubleshoot issues with software and environment.
. Validate bug fixes and conduct regression tests
. Work closely with product managers and developers on reporting, triage and
resolutions
. Work hand in hand with developers to create appropriate test suites
. Translate non-functional requirements into documented performance test
scenarios
. Engage in software product planning meetings (SCRUM)
. Test internal tools and technologies in company
. Develop and document QA testing procedures
. Draft accurate documentation for technical and non-technical audiences

條件要求

• 3年(含)以上相關經驗
• 熟軟體工具與技術。
• 細心、擅於分析。
• 具備較高的品質意識、分析問題和處理問題能力。
• 擅用問題追蹤工具。
• 熟開發軟體流程及研發生命週期(SDLC)。
• 對於軟體測試需求、軟體測試計劃、軟體測試案例、軟體品質測試,錯誤蹤有實際經驗。
• 熟SCRUM更佳。

Requirements
. 3 years’ experience
. Tech-savvy in software tools and technologies
. Must be detail oriented and an analytic mindset
. Ability to review project deliverables for completeness, quality and compliance
with project standards
. Good understanding of issue tracking tools
. Strong knowledge of testing best practices and emerging standards
. Familiar with software development process and software development life cycle (SDLC).
. Familiarity with SCRUM is a plus
. Fast learner with an ability to communicate and prioritize task items
. Ability to keep pace in a dynamic environment
. “Thick-skin” – not afraid to raise issues and track down root cause

薪資範圍

面議(經常性薪資達4萬元)
