工作內容

- 跨部門溝通尋找合適的人才,解決公司的人力需求問題
- 使用ATS系統審核履歷,進行招募報表分析
- 規劃與執行人員招募、甄選與任用
- 安排人員面試
- 負責招募活動的規劃與執行
- 其他人資相關專案
- 新進員工訓練及相關安排

Job Profile
- You will work closely with the concerned teams and managers for talent sourcing and screening
- You will work on reviewing and analyzing resumes using our ATS software
- You will use different job search websites for potential recruits and contact the identified and selected candidates personally
- You will work on arranging candidate interviews and be connected with them before, during and also after the interviews
- You will support recruiting events and explore the opportunities for the external talent pool building
- You will work on other HR related projects
- You will work on new employee on-boarding tasks to make the first day and first week memorable for all new joinees

條件要求

- 兩年以上招募/人資相關工作經驗
- 中英文流利
- 對於人資職務的高機密性有正確的認知
- 人力網站職缺刊登及系統操作維護 、招募管道開發
熟悉勞基法規,以執行人資相關作業
- 優秀的簡報及溝通技巧
- 熟悉軟體、電子商務產業佳
Requirements
- You have at least 2 years experiences in
recruitment/HR
- Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin & have
business proficiency in English
- You are highly comfortable with flexible with changing
requirements
- You can maintain the high confidentiality as nature of
human resources work
- You have knowledge of recruiting using different social
media channels
- You are knowledgeable about current employment
laws and practices
- You have good presentation & communication skills
- If you are familiar with software and e-commerce
industry it is definitely a plus
