【平衡工作與休息】

• 不用天天擠捷運：通過試用期後，一週可選擇固定2-3天的遠端工作日(Work From Anywhere) 
• 彈性的上班時間：每天九點到十一點裡要幾點來都好，八小時工作時數主管同意就可以
• 週休二日：週日固定上班，但一週可選擇其他兩天休息，國定假日連休補班可選擇遠端工作
• 女性同仁：生理期可選擇遠端工作，並享有每月生理假 1 天
• 優於勞基法的特休：過試用後到職第一年，每月享有一天特休。第二年即享有 12 天特休，每年增加一天，以此類推，最高上限30天。特休可以預支。
• 辦公地點交通方便：距離港墘捷運站1號出口走路五分鐘，交通便利
• 像家一樣溫馨舒適的工作環境：辦公室配備Dyson空氣清淨機和精油香氛，讓你在乾淨舒服的環境工作，並備有舒適沙發和坐臥區，累了隨時可以躺下休息
• 穿睡衣來也可以：穿上你覺得最舒適的衣服上班，如在家中一樣，但裸體先不要！
