Manual QA Engineer 手動測試工程師

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test plans and test cases based on requirements and design documents
• Perform manual testing, including functional testing, regression testing, UI testing, and cross-browser testing
• Identify, document, and track bugs using defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Bugzilla)
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure issues are properly identified, tracked, and resolved
• Participate in requirement reviews to ensure test coverage for critical business scenarios
• Write detailed test reports and provide insights into software quality
• Conduct exploratory testing to identify potential usability issues
• Ensure proper configuration of test environments and integration with other testing tools

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of experience in manual QA testing.
• Experience in manual testing IoT products. 
• Experience in user acceptance testing.
• Experience in functional, regression, usability, and exploratory testing.
• Experience in product validation and verification (V&V), ensuring compliance with functional requirements and industry standards.
• Hands-on experience with test tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Robot Framework).
• Ability to develop and execute test plans that align with product validation criteria.
• Ability to write clear and concise test cases and report defects effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
