As a 測試人員 / QA Intern or Part-timer, your primary role will be to support our product operations team in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality. Your responsibilities will include conducting manual tests, identifying and reporting bugs, and working with our development team to troubleshoot issues.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to learn about agile software development methodologies and gain hands-on experience with industry-standard testing tools and technologies. You'll work closely with our product managers, designers, and engineers to help ensure that our products deliver an exceptional user experience.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about technology and has a keen attention to detail. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. As a QA Intern or Part-timer, you'll need to be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and have strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual tests on our products to identify and report bugs
- Work with our development team to troubleshoot issues
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings to provide updates on your progress
- Collaborate with our product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure that our products meet our standards of quality
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of test cases and documentation
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
- Experience with manual testing and bug reporting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby is a plus

1. Knowledge of Agile Methodology: Having knowledge of the Agile methodology can be a plus point for this role, as we follow the Agile development process in our company. You should understand the principles and practices of Agile and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
2. Experience with Test Automation: Though manual testing is a requirement for this position, having experience with test automation can be an added advantage. Familiarity with tools such as Selenium, Appium, or any other automation tool will make you stand out from other candidates.
3. Understanding of Mobile Testing: We are looking for someone who has experience or knowledge of mobile testing. You should be familiar with different types of mobile devices and operating systems, and have experience testing mobile applications.
4. Basic Programming Skills: While this is not a programming role, having basic programming skills can be beneficial. You should know at least one programming language and be comfortable with writing scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
5. Domain Knowledge: If you have domain knowledge in areas such as e-commerce, healthcare, finance, or any other industry, it can be a plus point. You should be able to understand the business requirements and use cases of the products we develop.
6. Certifications in Testing: Having certifications in testing such as ISTQB, CSTE, or any other relevant certification can add value to your candidacy. These certifications demonstrate your proficiency in testing methodologies, processes, and tools.

10. Analytical Skills: You should be able to analyze data, identify patterns, and draw insights from the testing results. You should be comfortable working with spreadsheets and other analytical tools to present your findings.
