About the Role
At AIFIAN, marketing is about driving growth and measurable business outcomes. We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who approaches marketing with an entrepreneurial mindset—commercially savvy, data-driven, and quick to identify and capitalize on new opportunities. This role owns the entire user growth funnel—from first click to lifelong customer.
You'll experiment boldly, rapidly test ideas, and scale initiatives that prove successful. If you're motivated by impact, energized by data, and have the practical "street smarts" to go beyond textbook frameworks, we'd love to have you on our team.
What You'll Do
- Build and lead integrated growth and marketing initiatives across paid, organic, referral, social, in-app, and offline channels, always tying creative execution back to clear business and growth impact.
- Identify growth opportunities others might overlook and turn them into bold yet practical campaigns and experiments.
- Own channel strategy and execution across core platforms (Meta, Google, LINE) while continuously testing new channels, iterating on creatives, audiences, and tactics to hit business targets.
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features, ensuring close alignment between launches, campaigns, and user needs.
- Work closely with Product, Design, and Customer Success to connect growth initiatives with feature launches and end-to-end user journeys.
- Map and analyze the user journey to identify drop-offs, and improve onboarding, lifecycle communications, and in-app nudges to drive activation and engagement.
- Build brand stories that resonate locally and can scale globally with key audiences.
- Manage relationships with agencies, influencers, and media partners to amplify campaign reach and effectiveness.
- Define success metrics, own dashboards for key growth indicators, and regularly share clear insights, learnings, and next bets with the leadership team.
