About the Role

At AIFIAN, marketing is about driving growth and measurable business outcomes. We're looking for a Growth Manager who approaches marketing with an entrepreneurial mindset—commercially savvy, data-driven, and quick to identify and capitalize on new opportunities. This role owns the entire user growth funnel, including acquisition, activation, retention, and referral strategies across various channels.

You’ll experiment boldly, rapidly test ideas, and scale initiatives that prove successful. If you're motivated by impact, energized by data, and have the practical "street smarts" to go beyond textbook frameworks, we'd love to have you on our team.

What You'll Do

  • Own and execute end-to-end growth marketing strategies focused on user acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.
  • Launch and manage cross-channel campaigns (including paid ads, email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, referral programs) to drive user growth and engagement.
  • Continuously experiment and iterate, leveraging data to optimize performance, reduce customer acquisition costs, and maximize lifetime value.
  • Identify trends, test new channels, and rapidly respond to market opportunities with creative, high-impact growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Business, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and maximize user experience and growth opportunities.
  • Track, analyze, and report key growth metrics—acquisition cost, conversion rate, retention, and revenue—providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee partnerships and agency relationships to enhance growth capabilities and ensure efficient execution of strategies.
  • Leverage your commercial instincts to prioritize initiatives that directly impact business goals.

What We Look For

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing, ideally within a consumer-focused tech startup or digital product.
  • Proven track record in driving measurable growth outcomes, with a strong ability to directly impact business metrics.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable experimenting, pivoting quickly, and making decisions based on practical insights rather than textbook frameworks.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and proficiency with growth analytics tools.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, able to articulate growth priorities and results to both team members and executive leadership with clarity and confidence.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, digital trends, and online communities, with a talent for connecting those insights to effective growth strategies.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change, thriving in a dynamic, high-paced startup environment.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for digital products — experience working with a product team is a big plus.
