Position: HR Business Partner (Commercial BU), Taiwan

About the role

As a hyper-growing organization, we are seeking to hire a HRBP to support our SHOPLINE Commercial BU in Taiwan.
This role covers the full spectrum of HR and manages the day-to-day HR functions for Taiwan Commercial BU.
Based in Taiwan, you will be working closely with our key stakeholders of the Commercial / Business group in SHOPLINE Taiwan, formulating people solutions and driving initiatives which really matter.

What You’ll Be Doing:

# You contribute to the creation and operational implementation of the local HR action plan.
# HR Administration - manage all HR processes and procedures ensuring compliance with statutory and company requirements
# You are expected to collaborate with the talent acquisition team to ensure the best talent is identified and retained to meet the business requirements.
# Drive and provide guidance, advice and training to managers on managing performance issues at all levels
# Develop and deploy employee engagement initiatives, and implement retention strategies
# Manage disputes and grievances effectively
# Management of exits, including conducting of exit interviews to reduce regret attrition
# Coordinate and administer a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities
# Manage employee lifecycle, e.g. onboarding and exit processes, probation review follow-up.
# Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For:

# You have at least 3 years of experience in Human Resource which includes 1-2 years HRBP
# You are people-oriented.
# You have comprehensive HR knowledge, demonstrate competence in HR operational - excellence, specifically in areas of employee relations, talent development, strategy and policy initiation, compensation and benefits.
# Partnering the business, you have strong interpersonal Skills in providing HR advice about performance management and handling employees’ grievances.
# Highly organized, self-motivated, able to work independently.
# Speak good English & Mandarin
# HR experience in E-commerce & technology industry will be an added advantage.
