【What you’ll be doing】

- Understand business needs, analyst requirement to provide pre-sales technical support to colleagues requiring assistance with service structure and functionality.
- Write technical specifications and make appropriate recommendations and perform a technical lead role in the review and response of RFP/SOW documents.
- Attend customer meetings in order to deliver technical content and presentations.
- Conduct, review and document site surveys.
- Conduct and take responsibility for the technical verification and sign off of solution design, configuration, interoperability and delivery cost assessment.
- Establish and maintain effective interpersonal relationships with those contacted during the course of work.
- Work with Business Lead and Project Owner to ensure scope is explicitly defined and documented; maintain integrity of scope
- Research to understand our users’ needs and translate them into solutions.
- Write clear and concise project requirements and communicate them to stakeholders from multiple functions.
- Manage and facilitate communication with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to ensure project goals are delivered on time and within stakeholders and teams expectations.
- Become a project expert, understand the competitive landscape, the evolving market needs, and how those things relate to the company’s mission and vision.

 

【Who we are looking for】

- Passionate about the opportunity to drive the development of a global platform.
- University graduates with 5 - 8 years of product management experience in e-commerce / SAAS will be considered as product manager. Experience in social media is a plus.
- University graduates with 5 - 8 years of working experience in a tech and/ or startup environment will be considered as associate product manager.
- Knowledge of software programming language is highly preferred.
- Startup experience is highly preferred. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin, for presentation and documentation.
- Structured thinking and good technical writing skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Adaptive. Capable of thriving in ambiguity, and fast-paced environment
- Creative, self-motivated and consistently willing to exceed own expectations
- High attention to details, with great organization and coordination skills - Willing to take ownership and shoulder responsibilities
- Ability to multitask. You can handle several different tasks at different stages at once and are able to prioritize by importance
- Curious and interested in technology and new products"
