About the Team

As a member of the US Marketing Team, you'll play a significant role in expanding and scaling our teachers. The team works cross-functionally with International Marketers and Product Coordinators. Daily, we expand our customer base, cater to customer needs, and are dedicated to our user satisfaction.

About the Role

Your primary goal is to assist achievement-driven teachers finding their marketable traits that are unique of their own and are wanted by their targeted students. You'll be the best fit for this role if you'd like to further strengthen your marketing skills. If you're very talented at finding out market needs and you know how to cater to it, then you're whom we're looking for.

You will play a significant role of our teacher training program. You must be keen to amplify people's capabilities and see your trainees succeed.

This includes translating training document from Chinese to English, and communicating the training program effectively to all your trainees.

If you can deliver good performances and show that you are eager to learn and specialize in teacher training, we’ll be happy to extend your internship.

The role will be based in our Taiwan office.

Responsibilities include:

• Using translating skills to make sure the document/process is friendly to your trainees
• Understanding the essence of marketing and 1:1 selling
• Learning about our successful teacher training strategies in Taiwan and Hong Kong and replicating it to US market
• Performing teacher training strategies
• Providing actionable insights for your trainees to grow effectively
• Optimizing each of your trainees/teachers marketing skills
• Providing outstanding training

You will be able to learn:

• Data Analysis

• Funnel Strategies

Required skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the skill and discipline necessary to work with minimal supervision

We're looking for:

• A good communicator with strong desire to learn, execute, and improve designated performance.
• A self-leader who can work independently in a fast-changing environment.
• A problem-solver and solution-provider with ability to deal with ambiguity.
• Junior applicants with no digital marketing background may apply.

Must have:

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese and English (both written and spoken).
• Native English Speaker is a plus.
