Company Operations Intern

We are seeking a Company Operations Intern to join our fast-paced and growing team! As an intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in office management, event planning, company marketing, and a variety of other operational projects and tasks. Not only will you gain invaluable insights into the inner workings of a company, but you will also play a key role in building our team and fostering our company culture.

Responsibilities

• Office Management - Manage and enhance an office space that promotes collaboration among our team members. This includes daily tasks such as ordering office supplies, maintaining and improving the physical environment, setting up meeting equipment, and handling other office-related responsibilities.
• Event Planning - Organize and host events to celebrate holidays and strengthen relationships among team members.
• Company Marketing - Develop social media content in various formats to promote the company externally.
• Petty cash management.

Qualifications

• You have experience planning and hosting events, with a solid understanding of managing logistics related to event organization.
• You enjoy celebrating holidays and appreciate the significance of meaningful rituals.
• You are a great storyteller, with experience creating engaging social media content and sharing news or special moments with others.
• Repetition doesn’t dampen your spirit; you embrace it as an opportunity to improve and master the details of your work.
• You pay close attention to detail and proactively seek clarity by asking questions.
• You can communicate proficiently in both English and Chinese, both verbally and in writing.

Plus

• You have experience tracking and improving the performance of social media engagement.
• You enjoy home and space organization and decoration, including caring for plants and creating the perfect “vibe” in the spaces you inhabit.

Notes

• We prefer interns who can work: 4-5 days a week for 6 months at least
• Please note that this position needs to come to the office often.
• The desired start date would be after the Lunar New Year (end of Jan. - early Feb.).
• The actual onboarding date is flexible and will be discussed after the offer is given.
