1. Take end-to-end ownership of projects, work closely with front-end developer to build web and mobile experiences (responsive sites).
2. Spearhead branding initiatives of new products and social media campaigns.
3. Work with cross-functional teams with design requirements. (ie broadcast, social media, etc)

2. Submit a design portfolio, including implemented web designs.
3. Design online experiences that allows users to quickly engage into narratives and also solve problems of the teams and leagues through intuitive and friendly UX.
