【Responsibilities】
與團隊一同定義產品 spec，負責 Mockup 產出，確定產品能夠符合使用者需求與公司商業目標
實際參與產品開發流程，與 PM 一同釐清使用者的需求，驗證產品的價值
能夠善用各種工具（Wireframe、AI、vibe coding prototype），清晰傳達設計理念、並進行設計驗證
清楚有效率的設計交付，能夠與工程團隊緊密地溝通協作
產品上線前，為 UI/UX 品質把關，提供使用者值得信賴的產品體驗
運用多種使用者研究方法，透過量化與數據分析，進行設計假設與驗證，提升產品指標
具備產品數據思維，利用數據證明自己的設計可以提升用戶體驗，幫助使用者解決問題
參與 Design System 的制定，並對於遵從設計語言的一致，有極高的美感要求
Desifine product specifications, and create deliverables (wireframes, mockups, prototypes, flows, and so on) to communicate ideas.
Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to iterate on and refine the existing experience
Actively contribute to the setting of design guideline, and provide recommendations to designers regarding new component requests
Conduct solution validation and incorporate insight into design decisions to fulfill user and business needs.
4 年以上用戶體驗、用戶介面設計、視覺設計、產品設計相關經驗
完整參與過產品從「需求探索」、「設計規劃」、「上線 & 上線後追蹤分析」等開發過程中的所有階段
熟悉使用者經驗流程，能夠因應不同專案發掘需求，提出具體設計理念方向 （Key phrases, Moodboard, User Scenarios, Key Values, Exploration...等）
曾主導建立或優化設計團隊效能的框架（Design framework），如：Design principle guide, UX writing guide ...等
擅長 Figma 等 UI 設計軟體
透過 AI、Vibe coding 參與產品生產的過程
熟悉 Illustrator、Photoshop 等，視覺設計工具
具備批判性思考、認同市場導向的產品思維，能夠勇敢提出問題，也擅於傾聽團隊其他人的聲音
擁有獨立思考與執行能力，重視自己的想法，也能夠和團隊的共同合作產出
4+ years relating working experience in user experience, user interface design, visual design, product design, etc.
Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, usability testings, design, to analysis.
Experienced in leading or improving design frameworks, such as design principle guides, UX writing guides, etc.
Good command using UI design tools such as Figma
Participate in the product development process through AI and Vibe coding.
Familiar with visual design tools such as illustrator and photoshop
Critical thinking, creative problem-solving skills and good communication skills
Independent but also a good team player
