Overview
  • We are looking for a driven and ambitious Finance and Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in providing insightful data analysis to help drive sales performance and profit objectives. This role will work closely with Sales teams to support sales data management and interpretation.
  • This role will be responsible for supporting the sales team and sales operations manager by providing financial analysis and forecasting to optimize revenue growth and profitability, specifically in the SaaS industry. This includes working closely with the sales leaders in Taiwan, Thailand, and Japan to ensure alignment and success in these regions.
  • This role will assist in designing and implementing scalable systems while building financial and accounting mechanisms and processes(working with external parties) to ensure Crescendo Lab is in complete compliance with the accounting principles, tax laws, and related compliance requirements.
  • Work with oversea subsidiaries accounting firm ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles in oversea regions.
  • Maintain accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including : month and end-year process & accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Work with oversea subsidiaries accounting firm ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time
  • Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support the sales team and sales operations manager in achieving revenue and profitability targets in the SaaS industry
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, including revenue, margin, and pipeline data, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure sales process adoption and compliance, and also identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Generate quarterly sales result for sales commission calculation.
  • Develop and maintain sales reporting and forecasting tools to improve visibility into sales performance and support decision-making
  • Work closely with sales leaders in Taiwan, Thailand, and Japan to ensure alignment and success in these regions.

Requirement

Qualifications
  • Strong financial analytical skills and experience with accounting revenue method and forecasting in the SaaS industry
  • Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team.
  • Experience with sales reporting and forecasting tools (Google sheet, excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data.
  • Good analytical skills to interpret financial and sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to work well in matrix environment which required to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business related field
  • 1+ years of experience in a sales operations or finance accounting role, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Fluent in oral and written Mandarin and English.
  • Proven work experience in accounting or sales operations or similar role is preferred.

Salary Range

NT$ 550,000 - 800,000 (Annual Salary)
