《職務說明》
我們正在建立一套數位互動系統,透過物聯網設備與應用軟體, 讓用戶能於每日的日常活動中提升對於環境的關懷意識。
你所扮演的角色會主導相關產品管理專案,如何解決客戶問題與滿足我們的影響力目標。與此同時,你會需要建立與執行硬體相關的產品路線圖並進行研究、建模、談判等產品開發管理活動。
在有限的資源下,期望你仍能有強烈的決心,想盡辦法並親自動手執行並完成任務,也因如此,有機會需要領導並定義出公司適當的能力建置。
SUMMARY
We are building a digital customer engagement system to bring care for the environment into our customers’ everyday consciousness through IoT-connected devices and mobile applications.
This role will be the primary voice to guide product management on how we can apply technologies to solve customer problems and achieve our impact goals. In parallel, you will develop and execute a hardware component roadmap, researching, modeling, negotiating, and managing the development of hardware.
While your internal team resources will be limited and the job will require a willingness to be hands-on and do whatever it takes to get the job done, you will also have a chance to lead and define this capacity for the company.

開發並制定相關技術規範並建立系統化研究計畫。保持廣闊的視野,持續探查新興技術與相關解決方案,並提煉出最適合並能成功解決客戶問題與達成影響的途徑與方法。
制定並維護動態的產品路線圖,可同時含跨多個時間框架。 從驗證到上市規模化的所有階段裡,將產品機會評估轉化為清楚明確的需求。
與承包商和非直接管理的資源進行專案協調,與合作廠商建立雙贏關係,並為彼此創造超額價值。在各個階段管理DOMI的風險。供應商有時並不位於台灣。
與產品管理團隊固定保持同步,確保團隊對於可行性能有深刻的理解。
有時,需與客戶、其他利益相關者合作,以便了解切實的需求。
這個工作可能沒有誘人的高薪,但會是做一件很有意義的事,可能可以一起改變台灣的環境現況。

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop the technical specifications requirements and establish a systematic research plan. Maintain a broad view to navigate an emerging ecosystem of complementary and supplementary solutions and distill which paths will be most likely to help us succeed in solving customer problems and achieving impact.
Develop and maintain a living roadmap, simultaneously working across multiple time frames. Translate the product opportunities assessment into clear requirements for all stages from validation to scale.
Coordinate projects with contractors and other resources not under your direct management or authority. Establish strong win-win relationships with vendors to create excess value for each, while carefully managing DOMI’s risks at all stages. Occasionally, vendors will be located outside of Taiwan.
Be in constant sync with product management, ensuring the team has a strong understanding of what is feasible.
Occasionally, engage with customers and other stakeholders to understand usability requirements.

條件要求 :
1.具3年以上專案管理經驗
2.具有電氣或工業工程的專業或學術背景是首選
3.對於家庭與辦公室節能手法能有至少基本的了解
4.積極務實、善於溝通
5.您認為談判是為了各方創造超額價值和有益的業務關係的機會,而不是僅是有限資源的分配。
6.邏輯數字能力強、行銷概念清楚。
7.喜愛接受挑戰,具有強烈責任感,與不達目的不罷休的個性。
8.對環境保護與社會企業有異於常人的興趣,希望能貢獻所長拯救地球。
9.想像時能天馬行空、具備高抗壓性、有高度團隊精神。
10. 英文溝通流利,需能與外藉同事、國外廠商直接溝通,聽說讀寫具備。

加分條件 :
具有探索新興物聯網生態系統的經驗,包括智能家居,智能零售(智能工廠,在較小程度上)是一個加分條件。

CAPABILITIES
More than two years of project management experience
A professional or academic background in electrical or industrial operations engineering is preferred
A basic (or higher) level of understanding into home and office energy-saving methods
Proactive, pragmatic, and a strong communicator
You think of negotiation as an opportunity to create excess value and a rewarding business relationship for all parties, as opposed to the allocation of finite resources.
Experience with navigating the emerging IOT ecosystem, including smart home, smart retail (smart factory, to a lesser degree) is a plus.
Strong logical digital ability and clear marketing concept
Loves to accept challenges, has a strong sense of responsibility, and perseveres until the desired impact has been created
You have an interest in environmental protection and social enterprises, and hope to save the earth.
Ability to work back-and-forth in English and Mandarin Chinese, including with non-Chinese speaking members of the internal team
