職務說明
1. 與其他設計師合作／或獨立完成平面設計與圖像設計。
2. 協助將設計需求轉化為有意義、有用並美觀的設計方案以符合程式開發、網站開發、APP開發、平面設計、使用者介面設計需求等。
3. 幫助創造互動式使用者界面原型與文件，並定義風格、版面編排、元素、使用者流程、切換與動畫等等。
4. 給予軟體程式研發部門需要的元素與必要的協助。
5. 與行銷部門合作討論視覺設計方向與風格。
6. 製作可產品化的圖像設計，以滿足行銷需求（如：印刷品、數位廣告、社群媒體廣告、手冊與banner等）。
Job Description:
1. Produce user interface and visual designs collaboratively and independently.
2. Assist in translating design requirements into meaningful, functional and appealing design proposals for coding, apps, websites, embedded interfaces and other products.
3. Assist in produce interactive user interface prototypes and documents that define style, layouts, components, navigation, transitions, animations and beyond.
4. Export needed elements and assets to Developers.
5. Discuss visual communication strategies with Community Management and Editorial team.
6. Create production-ready graphic designs for all marketing efforts such as print and digital advertisement, social media graphics, brochures and banners.
工作技能
1. 需熟悉Photoshop、Illustrator與Sketch。
2. 對基本的圖形設計原理有良好的理解。
3. 中文及英文能力中等或以上者。
4. 對原型化工具（prototyping tools）有概念，如 Axure、Flinto、Marvel、InVision與Pixate等。
5. 有app設計及廣告設計的工作經驗者尤佳。

Requirements:
1. Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Sketch.
2. Good understanding of graphic design principles.
3. Some experience with prototyping tools such as Axure, Flinto, Marvel, InVision and Pixate.
4. Medium-level ability of English or above; bilingual proficiency is preferred.
5. Work Experiences of Apps Design and Advertisement Design is preferred.
