Job Description

- Providing hight quality service to customer and detailed information
- Communicate effectively between hotel and customer for customer requests : airport pick up service, book spa, dinner,…etc
- Handle with customer claims regarding mistakes from hotel arrangement : missed pick up service, housekeeping problems ..etc
- Maintain good relationship with Evasion hotel partners
- Handle general claim
- Analyze claims and make monthly report to improve the quality service
- Organize Customer Satisfaction Surveys
- VIP customer care : sending welcome letter to hotels
- Hotel customer reviews screening

Requirement

- English language skills (proficient in written and spoken)
- Strong sense of sales oriented and customer service
- Detail oriented and follow process and procedures
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word)
- Work experience more than 6 years in the luxury hotel industry, reservation or concierge service team
- Good knowledge of high quality customer service
- Problem solving skills

Education and . Certification
- University degree or degree in hospitality, travel, tourism

Experience
- 6 years of experience from hotel industry or equivalent of experience

月薪 NT$ 60,000起
